I have just sent out an email copied to a couple of businesses and one of my acquaitences responded to the email advising he had received the email and deleted it! He was not even on the mailing list? How did he receive the email in the first place?? Regards Phil Thompson...........

Look at that email in your Sent folder and verify that his email really was not included in To CC or BCC. Check that all the recipients you did intend sending it to are there. It is possible to select the wrong recipient accidentally if their name or email is close to another alphabetically, and the pop-up list re-sorts or updates as you are clicking it.
