Hello, Up until 1 month ago, I was able to see all my Thunderbird emails through my Samsung Tablet(2016) email app but now the emails don't stay up for more than a minute or so and then disappear on my Samsung Tablet. My Computer Thunderbird has no issues. How do I keep my emails on my Tablet? Regards, rstec

Please provide the following details: Is Thunderbird installed on the tablet? What other computer/device is running Thunderbird? Do both Samsung and other devices all use IMAP in whatever email client you are using? When you access your email online (through a browser) are the older messages there or gone? FYI If any one device is set to use POP in that email account, then that device may download all email from your online provider and also delete them from the online server. That is in the account settings in the email client on each device. When that happens, other devices won't be able to see the downloaded emails.
