I'm wondering if it's possible to send tab from macOS Firefox to another device... I couldn't find any clue to achieve that, since that right click doesn't have the option to send tab throughout the devices like on windows.

A screenshot of the options when you right click on a tab would be helpful. Let me fire up my mac and post a screenshot of the options. You are signed into Sync on the mac right?
