We can not access our old emails. It continuously comes up with a donation page when we try to look at them and we have donated twice with no results. Please contact us with a solution as we require those emails. Thank you,

Hello

if you don't give some information about how do you proceed to try to get your 'old emails' and how is appearing this 'donation page' (can you do some screenshots ?) it's difficult to imagine any solution.
