Firefox has stopped loading webpages all of a sudden. My internet connection is fine, as my other browsers are working okay. There is also no error message coming up, just a blank page. I have tried clearing cookies, restarting my pc, and restarting firefox. I'm not sure what else to try.

Thanks

Mark

Did you recently uninstall an application that was using Visual C+ runtime components?

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

See "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022":

You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.

No, I haven't uninstalled anything since it was last working.

I disabled efficiency mode for Firefox and that seemed to help a bit, but it looks like I have a wider connection issue with my laptop as it's now affecting other browsers.

I'll close this question as I think I may just have to reinstall Windows.

Thanks
