I have my work email @leavenworthrealestate.com set up with Thunderbird. Just in the last two weeks, I cannot send an email to anyone with a Gmail account. It automatically comes back as undeliverable. Any help would be appreciated.

Several possibilities, but I can only guess. One possibility is unwanted attachments, and other I can recall is unwanted links in sig files that gmail find questionable. Look at your sent message's source code also to check for any content you didn't place there (such as an ad from your antivirus program). You might also try with no sig to see if that is the issue. I don't your explicit problem, but those are possibilities,
