How do I get these messages from AEON, Amazon and ECT which appear to be in either Japanese or Chinese ( I have no knowledge of either) and which are totally unsolicited go again straight into my junk file when I open up email. Having to open them individually in order to junk them wastes a lot of time.

Email providers have a method for marking emails as spam or otherwise filtering them. The link below applies if you are using Firefox to see your email account. There's a separate forum for Thunderbird, if you are using that.
