drag it back to the account in the folder pane as the folder is a sub folder of the account

Drag is not the solution. When I posted this problem, it means that, Drag does not work.

Well, unless we are told what steps you took, we don't know just by saying there is a problem. I also wonder if you tried doing this in File Explorer, or is that another step you've already taken?
