I have two contacts with .wales email addresses, and they receive emails from other people - but when I try to reply to them through Thunderbird the email doesn't even get as far as being sent... I attach the error message I get

Please understand that Thunderbird does not create such messages, but is only reporting back to you the message it receives when attempting to send the email.
