Error message: 'Unable to write email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you to write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox'. I am not receiving emails since the 11th August. Seems stuck on a particular email. Can you help me please?

try disabling your antivirus product and see if that allows mail. It is often an issue post update. These antivirus products are fairly temperamental.
