Thunderbird crashes ~30 seconds after startup [@ shutdownhang | nsINode::ComputeIndexOf ]
I can start Thunderbird but it always crashes very shortly after startup (within about 30 seconds). Here is a crash report:
bp-e6e2f348-5338-458f-a03e-c03b70241224
I have started TB in safe mode, started Windows in safe mode, reinstalled, tried clearing startup cache. Nothing is working. Thanks for your help,

yeah that crash is a shutdown hang. So I think the shutdown is not occurring so you get a crash when you attempt to revive it.
Perhaps check the task manager to see if Thunderbird is already running ( as a process, not necessarily as an application) before you attempt to start it and confirm.
I can confirm that no TB processes are running when I start TB. Still get the same 30-seconds-unresponsive behavior. Memory just keeps climbing. I shut down all processes and start it again and the same thing invariably happens. TB safe mode and Windows safe mode have no effect - still unresponsive after 30 seconds or so.
How many pop accounts? And how many imap accounts?
The problematic profile is a pop account.
I was able so switch to a different profile to get TB to work again. So is there a way for me to migrate data from the bad profile to the new one? Lots of messages in folders that I want to preserve.
Or is there a way for me to repair the bad profile?
Looking at some of your other crash reports in Help > Troubleshooting information, are they all @ shutdownhang | nsINode::ComputeIndexOf ??
