Can't get into Thunderbird - "security certificate expired"
Hello, I can no longer get into my Thunderbird mail client. A warning message says that live.mozillamessaging.com:443 is using an invalid security certificate. The error code is sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate. Is this a problem at the Mozilla server? On my other computer, Mac Mail is continuing to receive mails normally. Thanks for your help. O)k, I clicked the link above that you say has an error.
Firefox loaded the site and offered the following about the certificate
As you can see it was issues months ago and does not expire within the month, so I am guessing you have something on your system that is messing up. The most common of these things is antivirus products that think they should scan every web page and don't always do a good job.
