real player will not download videos since firefox was updated
Firefox has updated and now despite re-installing real player and enabling the download and recording buttton, I cannot download videos any more
This happened
Every time Firefox opened

It's a known issue. We're still trying to figure it out. Sorry I don't have anything better to tell you. :-(
This thread says the last post was a year old (can't tell when, no dates here), but I'm wondering if this is being fixed. I have FF version 9.0.1 and Realdownload isn't working after a fresh install. Any news or alternatives?
Ok I found the alternative on your site at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/ but when I try to download it ends up saying there's a connection failure (see attached). Is there a problem on your site?
Tried the download again later and it worked. Problem solved ;-p
