it re directs to ad pages after a search and not the page I select
I do a search on a subject, I go to the google page, I select the site I want to go to, but instead of going there, I'm re-directed to another search page or an ad page. I have to go back to the google page and copy the web address and enter it manually.

This is an indication that your computer is infected with malware. Try running several of the below malware scanners, they may each pick up things that the others miss.
- Malwarebytes
- SUPERAntiSpyware
- Spybot-S&D
- Lavasoft Ad-Aware
