everytime I am reminded to download an adobe flash player upgrade, all I ever get is the adobe download manager - not the flash player. What gives?

simple. every time I attempt to download the upgrade for adobe flash player, that you are so adamant that I do, all I get from the the download (using the link you provide) is the adobe download manager, and not - repeat NOT - the upgrade to adobe flash player....
