when attempting to download Adobe Flash on my desktop after updating my foxfire, i click on update adobe flash. When I click on the update i get a screen entitled "Public Fox Authentication" which requires a password. What is the password? I have attempted several PW's, with no success.

The password would have been set by you or somebody else using your computer. You can remove the password, for details of how to do this see the develop comments at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3911/
