I lost my internet navigation toolbar and also my bookmarks all disappeared

I opened my mozilla and found that my internet navigation toolbar is gone, together with all my bookmarks. I cannot find the click to save a new bookmark.

To restore the navigation toolbar, in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on "Navigation Toolbar" to select it.

If the menu bar is missing, for details of how to restore it, see the menu bar is missing article.
