Dear Madam or Sir,

I can't access my old emails anymore. I use to have Outlook Express and contacted Microsoft. The old emails are still there but I can't access them. Microsoft support couldn't help me to get them back and told me to contact you. Can you help me with getting my emails back. Is there some software I can use to retrieve them?

If the emails are in Outlook Express, we can not help you, this site is just for Firefox support. Try asking on the following site, it is a general purpose computing help - http://eileenslounge.com
