Firefox 4.0.1 on Windows. Cannot drag a URL icon onto the bookmark toolbar. Nor does it work if I bookmark a page and select bookmark toolbar from the drop down. Tried restarting the browser, no go. Very frustrating.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
