I can see the bookmarks menu but it doesn't list my sites. If I go into organize bookmarks I can see them all but I then have to edit and it takes a flew clicks to get there which defeats the purpose of bookmarks. I can see that its trying to show the sublist when I hover over bookmarks, but just a flicker of something shows.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
