I bought a video download and it was successfully loaded and then started playing. After watching it I closed the video and checked to see if it was on the download list. It is but I cannot play it again. I can find the downloads under Tools. But no options to play it. Can you help me figure out how to access the video again? Thank you for your time and help. just double-click the file you want to open from the Downloads window

Check and tell if its working.

thank you mha007 for the answer...but unfortunately this does not work. double clicking left side does nothing and double clicking right side gives several options including opening the file. but it is in faded type thus it does not respond. In bold type are the options to connect with the download site and remove download. Perhaps another suggestion? Do I need to enable something?

If Open is Greyed then you probably have moved the file from the location where you originally downloaded it.

To check, download a New file -> when file is downloaded then double-click the file to open it.

Check and tell if its working.
