I want to talk to a support person on the phone now. What you have putting me through is totally unacceptable. Is it too much to ask to talk to a human being?

There is no telephone support for Firefox; only this Forum and Live Chat. The same is the case for most, if not all, browsers.
We are all unpaid volunteers here and on Live Chat, users helping other users.
- Please be courteous when asking for assistance from a volunteer.

I regret to inform you that there is no telephone support available. Currently, Mozilla only offers live chat support, forum support, and Twitter support. As SafeBrowser stated in the above post, most of the contributors on this forum are volunteers. Looking in your previous posts, I noticed that you want to uninstall Firefox. SafeBrowser posted an answer to your question here. If you would like further help with your problem, please post there. Creating multiple threads will decrease your chances of getting support.
