First make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe flash player installed on your computer and then check your internet speed.
yes we have most recent adobe update installed. but we've had some issues with the internet connection - this is our vacation place- so it's dsl and our linksys seems to be having problems - will know more later this week when new linksys unit is installed.
