The https://www.clickbank.com/login.htm website uses autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password.

You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

Firefox won't auto-fill the name and passwords on such websites, you need to double click the name field or type the first letters.
