When I go to full screen view, the shadow message in the mid-top of the screen that tells you to press escape to return to normal view mode does not fade out. It does fade when using Explorer, but needless to say, I don not want to use Explorer.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
