When 9 was in nightly, it had 64 bit builds. Where can I find the Aurora builds for it?

Only the more unstable mozilla-central "Nightly" channel has the (not supported) 64-bit builds for Windows.

If you want to be a tester and test these sort of builds then http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=23 may be of interest.
