On a Mac, I set Firefox javascript to allow popup windows to be moved and/or resized. This is NOT working. On a Windows PC, Firefox javascript resizeBy function works fine.

I am a web developer and need to have javascript code in place to dynamically resize pop-up windows. The code works fine on Windows PCs, but not on the Mac platform. Yes, I have gone into preferences as told Firefox javascript to allow the moving and resizing of pop-ups.

Yeah, gets a lot of complaints, but Mozilla will willingly destroy their product before admitting that they've destroyed important areas within Firefox which no other browser is likely to destroy.

Resizing with JavaScript has been made almost impossible beginning with Firefox 7.0.1
