ping wit firefox is high (110) compared to ie10 (55). What to do?

Although it works well it has a high ping on "speedtest.net" compared to ie10. The ping appears to be doubled. But the download speed and upload speed is the same for both. Is there something I can tweak to make it the same?

Oops.. The comparison is to ie9 rather than ie10.
