cannot load a secure website since update
a particular secure website from New York City department of health (DOH) no longer loads:
HTTP Status 404 - /provider-client/servlet/PC/
type Status report
message /provider-client/servlet/PC/
description The requested resource (/provider-client/servlet/PC/) is not available. Apache Tomcat/5.5.26

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thanks for the suggestions but after clearing cache, deleting 3 cookies for the site in question and trying safe mode--no luck: exact same error page. Again it works find with Safari and Explorer. (attached snapshot)
