I keep getting the plug ins are out of date notification, but I have an older Mac and the plug ins are as up to date as my system will allow. The notification
I get the notice on every page I browse. When I go to update plugins, I get a list and when I go to each one Apple or Adobe tells me my software is up to date for my system. I know there are newer versions but they are not for Power Pc processor Macs with Tiger 10.4.11. Since I can not update I want this notice gone. Where do i turn it off.

You can try to set the plugins.update.url pref to an empty string and set the plugins.hide_infobar_for_outdated_plugin pref to true on the about:config page.
There is still a newer Flash 10.1.102.64 player.
See (Released 11/04/2010) Flash Player 10.1.102.64 and 9.0.289.0 (126 MB)
