Hi, We do support the screen reader, it should 'just work' if your phone settings already use talkback. Here is an article about it: http://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-use-talkback-support-firefox-and...

I don't know about the add-ons actually, but you can give it a try from the Add-ons item in the main menu.
