I would like to know why I cannot download files with your browser. The support forum includes answer from everyone but Mozilla.. and none are useful. Thanks..

As soon as files are completely downloaded, the downloads box is empty. The containing folder is empty.

It shows that you currently have version 19.0 which is the latest version. What are you trying to do at this moment ? Please elaborate on your issue.
