The link to the screenshot isn't working.
Can you check the link and make sure that the file can be accessed without authorization.

Note that you are running an unstable Firefox 28 Nightly alpha build that can get broken at any time.

The Nightly channel has had Australis in testing since November 18 build so complete Themes especially and many Extensions are broken.

If you want to use a complete Firefox Theme (not the toolbar wallpaper Personas so called Themes) then use the Release and Beta builds for better compatibility of Themes.
