We do not normally discuss hacking Firefox.
It may be better to try to explain why you feel that is necessary or required.
Are you deploying Firefox on a Company intranet ? for example, or trying to control the activity of minors ?
The latter is near on impossible, you may need to thoughtfully lock down the System, and prevent another browser being installed or another OS being run off external media, and even then what about the ubiquitous smartphones.
