Make sure that your not running Firefox in Private Browsing mode.

Clear cookies and Site Preferences

Note: Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.

You can clear cookies to erase any saved location information.

However, it's more likely that web sites just determine your location based on your IP address. If your location is incorrect on all sites, you can try talking to your ISP about it.

Also, many sites use Google to determine your location. You can try reporting the problem to them.
