i am getting 3 on my screen at a time telling me to update flash player adobe and others they are flashing and jumping around so i cant hit the delete "x"i have had my anti virus report to me each day 5 or 6 virus threats it is a nightmare the unstable screen and also firefox has crashed at least 3 / 4 times per day for the last month how can i block these things do you know of a pop up blocker in the firefox interface that camn stop this

hello, you have malicious addons present. please try these steps:

  1. reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
  2. afterwards go to firefox > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
  3. finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.
