In order for us to help you please provide the following detailed troubleshooting information:

  1. What Android OS version are you using (KitKat 4.4, JellyBean 4.1-3 , etc) on both devices
  2. What Android phone or tablet are you using? Please provide the model numbers of both devices.
  3. Please what you did (does the following mean you upgraded to Firefox 36.0.1 for Android? "uploaded newest version of sync to both phones") , what you expected, what happened that you haven't told us already.
