I have tried every idea in outlook email that used to be hotmail to prevent spam. And I can't stop it. Even though there are programs out there like Mail washer and other there very time consuming. I thought it would be a good sugestion if your team could come up with an add on that actually opens in outlook email, to prevent spam in the junk box. It is such a nusance having to empty this ever day. The add on could just sit in outlook and stop unwanted spam. I have tried various filters and every program available to no effect. Only mail washer seems to work. But then again you still have to delete entries in junk box yourself. Just a thought for you to work on. I would bet it would be extremely helpful to everyone.

Thanks

Kevin

There is a way. First, Firefox is only a browser. It sends and receives data and displays it on your screen.

The problem is at Live Mail. Here is what to do; Open your mailbox. Now open your mail options. In the options you will find how to sort incoming mail.

There is also a filter that when active, only sends mail from those you choose to go to the Inbox. All other mail is sent to the Junk folder.
