I had to do a system restore on my computer and I backed up all of my files and settings prior to the reset. How Do I retrieve my emails and addressbook?

I recently had to completely factory reset my computer due to a virus and a constant error when trying to start windows. This system reset made the computer run like new, just as it did when I first purchased it. I did complete a back up disk as prompted prior to the reset and was able to retrieve all of my documents and pictures. However, when I log into my Thunderbird account, I only am receiving recent emails and all of my folders, old saved mail and address book are now gone. I went into my system recovery back up disk file and can see all of the Thunderbird files and folders, but I am unsure if I can import those, and how I would go about doing so.

I have the same problem. I found a file C:\System Recovery Files\2015-11-02 094204\C\Users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird

I cannot extract info at the moment.
