What won't let you submit a crash report? What do you see?

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.

I tried the safe mode thing and looked for those reports I can't find them

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.

Experimental Features

I am supposed to start week 3 of my course next week I can't even get half way right now. If I can't get this fixed by tomorrow I will have to do double work next week which I don't have time for. Very hard to focus on course with this happening.

I have done it's right there if that isn't what you need I can't get something I don't have. I will just have delete firefox period as it's useless to me now and cost me my course.
