How do we allow access to SSLv3 sites that are internal to our network?

I have contacted our vendor for a fix IBM PMR 49376,082,000, but even once we get a fix, it will have to be tested and put through Change Control process.

hi, as per https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7568 ssl 3.0 is deprecated and may no longer be used by modern browsers.

you could set-up an older portable version of firefox from http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox-portable-esr (those are 3rd-party builds and not provided by mozilla directly). you can configure it not to update and reallow ssl3 and just use it for the one purpose to access this network device... http://kb.mozillazine.org/Security.tls.version.*
