There may be a fault with that website, or it may be doing you a favour and reporting when your browsers are out dated.
- What is that website ?
- If it is one the public may use without logging in what is its web address ?
- We only deal with the Firefox browse on this support site.
- Your Firefox appears to be out of date.
- You appear to be on Fx 44.0 Release Notes Fx44.0
- You should be on Fx 44.0.2 Release Notes Fx44.0.2
- See Update Firefox to the latest release
I am on Fx44.0.2. In fact I uninstalled my earlier version because it wasn't working well and installed the latest version.
I can get to the main website but when I try to go to customer connection so I can log into my account I get the message. myferrellgas.com
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
