For Sky Go to cut out after 10 minutes suggests that this issue is more to do with Sky Go than Firefox - if it was Firefox, the issue would be immediate and not take 10 minutes to appear. I recommend you consult the Sky Go support site.

Any chance that issue is related to your stuck CAPS LOCK key? Try toggling it off.
