No, new profile doesn't work also. No, I'm not using a localized version. This problem is only in Win XP.

Maybe there is a regression which has been introduced in 48. As you're on XP and able to reproduce the bug, could you install the tool Mozregression to find a regression range, please.

See the link http://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/ for details. You can run the command "mozregression --good=46" then copy here the final pushlog from repository mozilla-inbound.

It would help a lot if you can.
