realplayer downloader won't work
The reason I do not like using the latest versions of Firefox is because it NEVER works in tandem with realplayer downloader. I have been using Firefox version 31 for as long as possible because i was able to download videos from the internet using the realplayer downloader add-on. I was able to wave my cursor over a youtube video and in the top right corner a 'download this video' button would appear and I would be able to click and download. For some reason, recently my adobe flash player kept crashing and i would not be able to view videos in version 31. I just upgraded to the latest version. It says i still have the realplayer downloader plugin and it says it is enabled but no 'download this video' button appears when i move my cursor over the videos. Another option was being able to right click and the option to download with realplayer would be at the bottom but that has disappeared too. WHY IS THIS NOT WORKING??!

There are downloaders available here; Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.
I'm looking to fix realplayer downloader. I don't need another video downloader add-on. Does anyone know how to get realplayer downloader to work???? I found the issue. It says with newest version firefox, realplayer downloader couldnt be verified so it was disabled from my add-ons. It won't give me an option to enable it again. I attached a picture. Can somebody help???
Hi
This does not sound like an issue with Firefox itself, but an add-on that you have installed.
Add-ons are created by a large community of independent developers. The developer for the add-on that you are using is the best person to contact for help and support with their software. You can find their contact details by clicking on their name on the page that you downloaded the add-on from.
Thank you for including that screenshot. In this particular case, it looks like the developer no longer wishes to support this add-on.
Not correct. RealPlayer installs a plugin for the Real Downloader.
You should contact Real.com support.
