No such thing built into Firefox and I have never seen an add-on that would add something like that to Firefox.

Why doesn't she have her own Windows Logon User Account?

With that Windows feature set, she would be using her own settings, preferences, and saving or deleting her own data. She wouldn't have access your settings, preferences, and data.
