Can't save attachments to networked share

Hi. When saving an incoming attachment, my networked share on Freenas 9.10 is greyed out and will not allow me to save the attachment there. If I open the attachment in the native program, it saves just fine. Some computers it saves fine(Macs and PC's) and some it will not. I looked over the settings and could see where to enable this. Thank you for your assistance.

Have you tried this: 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > 'Attachments' > 'Incoming' tab select : 'Save files to' click on 'Browse' Locate where to save. click on 'Select Folder' click on OK
