Last Firefox update to Quantum was a disaster for me. I had to look for new add-ons since all my good old ones have been disabled and then disappear... Took me a few good hours to look for and install new ones and they were all in my add-on menu. The next day, I decided to remove some of them and when I opened the add-on menu it was EMPTY except to a message says -- You don't have any extension". Tried to reinstall some of them- same phenomena. Gone with the wind the next day... Tried all except reinstall Firefox. I use Firefox since Netscape so it's not that I am not competent or something...((-; Any idea? BTW, I used to have a great add-on which enabled multi-row toolbar - now, I can't find one compatible with Quantum - anybody knows? Tnx

Have you try this to see if this helps:

Users on Firefox Quantum, which normally only works with Web Extensions (a new type of plugin architecture), can enable support for legacy add-ins through about:config, search for extensions.legacy.enabled and set it to true.

Only other way Addons will work is if the creators of those Addons update it otherwise only options are to use 52EST but that will change the profile and configuration or go back to FF56 where Addons still work with the legacy version.
