Shift+mouse wheel doesn't work in source panel of Debugger tab in developer tools
With Shift+wheel up/down I should move the scroll to left or right, but it doesn't work in source panel of Debugger tab.

That sounds more like a mouse driver issue?
But it works in other panels.
