hi, i got a new computer and I was customizing Firefox but the one thing I can't figure out is it keeps loading old tab when closed and a new Firefox window was started. My Startup home page is set to a newspaper

I've looked thru options and troubleshooting and can't find something that works. I have unchecked everything under tabs in options. I'm running Windows 10 with all the updates and the latest Firefox.
